Is Swedish Massage Right for Me?

If you have any of the following conditions or illnesses, I am unable to treat you with Swedish massage. Ask for more information and we can consider other treatment options!

• infection

• recent injury

• multiple varicose veins, venous insufficiency, superficial thrombophlebitis, or deep vein thrombosis

• a condition in which massage is not permitted (check with your doctor)

• haemophilia

• you have had surgery in which nerves were severed and you have numbness

• a condition in which nervous system function is impaired (e.g. MS, ALS)

• a skin condition that is aggravated by moisture or heat
